The conference concludes Friday, Sept. 30, with the Awards Banquet, so plan departing flights for Saturday, Oct. 1

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 20 minutes south of the resort

Ground Transportation

• Ground transportation from the PHX airport is available for $120/person round trip
• Ground transportation only available for:
  • Arrivals on Sept. 27 and 28
  • Departures on Oct. 1
• Uber and other rideshare services available for ground transportation outside those dates
• Reserve your ground transportation while registering, even if your flight is not booked yet. Provide flight itinerary by Sept. 2
• Upon arrival at airport, look for greeter with logo in baggage claim

Parking at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge   

• Valet parking is $37 per night
• Self-parking is $20 per night

• Wednesday Welcome Party: Resort Casual
