• Arrive:
  • Pre-Event Tour: If you’re confirmed for the pre-event tour at Upper Iowa Beef, please arrive by evening on Wednesday, August 13. The tour departs first thing Thursday morning.
  • Sessions Only: Arrive by Thursday morning, August 14. Sessions to start at 1:00 p.m. CDT.
• Depart:
  • All sessions conclude Friday, August 15, after lunch. We recommend departing Friday afternoon or later.

Airports

• St. Paul International Airport, Minneapolis (MSP): 90 miles
• Rochester International Airport (RST): 8.5 miles (15 minutes)
• Attendees are responsible for booking their own ground transportation to and from the airport. Below are our recommendations.

Ground Transportation

All Feeding Quality Forum sessions will take place at The Kahler Grand Hotel, except for the pre-event tour. Certified Angus Beef is not responsible for transporting attendees during the event, except to and from the pre-event tour at Upper Iowa Beef.

If you are not driving to the event, we recommend renting a vehicle, using a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft, or scheduling rides via Rochester Shuttle Service.

What to Wear:

• Jeans and boots are appropriate throughout the entire event (collared shirts for men; blouses for women).
• If you’re signed up for the pre-event tour, make sure you wear long pants, close-toed shoes and bring a jacket. Remove all jewelry except wedding rings before departing for the tour.
